Mini-bead necklace - Iris blue

17 small, dark blue lampwork beads have been wired onto sterling silver and are separated by narrow sterling silver tube beads. The beads have been soaked in a low-oxygen flame, which reacts with the glass to give a metallic shimmer to the surface of the bead. The necklace is designed to be slipped on over the head, so there is no clasp.

The overall length is approximately 83cm. The small beads vary slightly in size, as they are hand-formed, but the average size is approximately 10 x 8mm.
