Delivery and Shipping Information

Orders are posted on a week day (ie Mon-Fri), so your order will be dispatched on the next working day after payment being received.  Please note that your order will not be sent until your payment has cleared.

Please check your delivery address carefully, as GlaesDesign will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. If an item needs to be resent due to an incorrect address being supplied, the customer will cover the cost of the postage to the updated address.

 

New Zealand Customers

Shipping costs include postage, packaging and handling. I use NZ Post’s Courier Service for shipping within New Zealand, and delivery usually takes between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the delivery service in the destination area. (Please note that NZ Post applies a rural delivery surcharge of $5.70 for any items sent to a rural address).

The prices are as follows:

Standard NZ Delivery 1 - 3 days, tracked (up to 3kg)	$10.50
Rural NZ Delivery 3 - 5 days, tracked (up to 3kg)	$16.70

These prices apply within New Zealand only.

Pick up is also available for customers in the Wellington / Hutt area. Please contact GlaesDesign directly to arrange this, using the contact details on your confirmation email.

 

International customers

Most orders are sent within 3-5 days of the order being received.

Currently I only take international orders from Australia via my website. If you are wanting to order from elsewhere, you can contact me directly on GlaesDesign@gmail.com to order an item or items and I will confirm the shipping cost before your order is finalised.

Approximate delivery times according to New Zealand Post:

• Australia – Zone A: 2-6 days
• South Pacific and Asia – zones B and C: 4-13 days
• Canada, Europe & United Kingdom - Zone D: 4-13 days
• United States of America - Zone US: 4-13 days
• Rest of world: 5-13 days

NZ Customs may take a further 3-5 working days to check your parcel before it departs NZ, and overseas border authorities may also check your parcel on arrival.

Please note that customs and country import taxes that are specific to your country are your responsibility.

 

ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
