Graduated necklace: Green rainbow beads

13 graduated transparent green beads have been encased in dichroic glass to create these stunning rainbow metallic beads. Dichroic glass is glass which can display multiple different colours depending on lighting conditions, and is created by stacking layers of metal oxides, which give the glass shifting colours depending on the angle of view.

The beads are sturdily linked together using 1mm sterling silver wire and each bead is bracketed by my handmade sterling silver bead caps. The necklace has been finished off with a stunning sterling silver chain in a Figaro Belcher style, fastening with a parrot clasp.

The overall length of the necklace is 60cm.
